CBD based sports massage therapist?
Hi - does anyone have a recommendation for a sports massage therapist based in the CBD? Ideally someone I could visit during the day, or immediately pre / post work?
Not really keen on travelling outside of the CBD for this, although I am sure there are excellent people dotted around all of NSW...
Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

FOUND: Appin, 29 Jan 11 - heart rate monitor and gps computer
I picked up quite a reasonable gps and heart rate monitor computer thing off the Appin XC track today, if you're missing it - PM for it's return.

Glenbrook station carpark.
So who's up for 100+ km of dirt?
I've always wanted to do this classic ride in both directions (much harder going up!), and in the light of the Convict 100 in May (formerly Dirtworks) this gives me all the more reason to do such a long ride. Obviously not for the faint hearted, but any of those brave enough to join me, be my guest.
Here's how it'll go:
Leave Glenbrook 7:45, riding down to causeway, on dirt road to The Oaks and along the Oaks Firetrail. Long grind!
Hopefully reach Woodford by 9:45 & refill water
Down Murphy's Firetrail to Bedford creek (Downhill for once!)

Specialized full finger gloves found at Terrey Hills Shops (on the road)
- If they are yours and you want them back, please PM me and I will arrange.

Appin update for 29 Jan
A few sections with some standing water and the creek is up slightly but overall really good. Motos have been through the race track and some other bits. A lot of people out there this morning.

Well, don't bother. Waterfalls & loads of mud. Scary slippery.

Manly Dam update for 29 Jan
I went around this morning and cleared the spider webs for everybody else. Didn't actually see anybody else
There are puddles here and there on the single track sections and there is seepage/standing water on the "all weather fire road" sections but in most cases it is easily avoided. The rest of the track is pretty dry.
You will definitely need to wash your bike and clean the transmission but the Manly Dam track is certainly rideable.
