Reassembling Anthem... after servicing RP23.

I've viewed other posts & Youtube vids in regards to the actual service, but I'm a little worried about just how to remove & reassemble the RP23 from my 2009 Anthem.

I've searched & can't find any info on the rear triangle assembly & torque pressures for re-assembly. Anyone?

Ourimbah State Forest update for 22 Jan

Status:
Red/Closed

A lot of rain must have fallen in last 24hrs. Very very wet and muddy especially within The Graveyard and firetrail. Walked most of the muddy sections and gave up as didn't want to damage trails further. Plenty of standing and running water about. Also plenty of riders seems to be ignoring this and riding regardless. Reckon it will take rest of the week to dry out.

Manly Dam update for 22 Jan

Area:
Manly Dam
Status:
Green/Open

Sure, there's standing water around but it's Manly Dam, it'd take a drought to dry it up completely. You're going to need to clean your bike but green is being realistic.

Centre Track update for 22 Jan

Area:
Centre Track
Status:
Green/Open

Wet in places but still very rideable. Plough through the centre of the puddles for the firmest line ... and prevent trail widening.

Duck Hole/Terrey Hills Trail update for 22 Jan

Status:
Green/Open

Very wet, but hey... it's a fire trail. Still eminently rideable, ploughing through the middle of the puddles offers the firmest line. Take it easy on the descents, lots of loose rocks scattered all over by the water flow.

Appin update for 22 Jan

Area:
Appin
Status:
Green/Open

The track is in great condition. It's only wet enough for the water to be holding the sand together. Once it dries out there is going to be a few sandy patches.

I'm sitting here on the deck of our family beach house at Catherine Hill Bay (29km south of Glenrock & Newcastle) with a glass of wine typing this post reflecting on the thoroughly enjoyable ride I had early this Saturday morning at Glenrock State Conservation Area. I rode for 2 hours in all and was pretty bushed by the end of the ride. But what a great ride!
