Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 30 Jan
Clay sections of Kennys are quite wet. Dr Seuss is pretty wet in spots. Shaft is very wet and will be damaged if ridden heavily. Most other areas are OK but with some wet patches.

going for green as only minimal patches of water &/or mud plus wind & sun will dry them out in days-as long as it does not rain!!!

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 29 Jan
Had a good ride this morning and covered most of the trails. Some small patches of water in the low lying areas but other than that the trail would be 90% in my opinion. Creeks were fine. It will continue to improve as the day goes on, barring no more rain.

Went for a quick ride last night at 7pm. Some damp patches through Kenny's and Shaft but if it stays dry today, conditions will further improve.

Jesmond Bushland track cleared
I have been up in Jesmond Bushland (George McGregor Park) and cleared an old XC single track that starts 50 meters up the road from the drinking bubbler on Cambridge Dr, and joins at the bottom of the hills on the track that starts at the very top of McCaffrey Dr. This track forms a good little loop and stops the need to back track. What it needs now is some wheels to run over it to keep it clear. If you are riding Jesmond, give this track a go.

Went this morning - lot of standing water and soft surfaces, very slippery- will get better as the day goes on. Fireroads are OK - creek crossings were pretty deep too.
