area between Jesmond Park & John Hunter Hospital has many technical singletrail for riding when other areas are wet as since most of it is on the top or sides of the hill they drain well & the soil in most spots dries quick.Area is used by people walking dogs & Moto riders so just be careful-area will one day be used as part of the bypass so at the moment there is no regs. up there!
carpark on Robinson Rd & Newcastle Rd Jesmond/Lambton
Some sweet singletrack with techy climbs & descents with a fireroad on top of hill going from JH Hosp to Elemore Vale or Rankin Park.Can be ridden many ways can be streched out to about 15km's plus depending on fitness as some climbs are nasty.
Emergency Hosp at top of hill if injured, shopping centre & pub just down the road if after post ride recovery
