A trail system close to Dubbo at Mugga Hill.
The first dirt road from Dubbo on the south side (right) as you get to Mugga Hill. Marked as Start/Finish on the map.
A new trail system (as of early 2012) has been developed at Mugga Hill on Dubbos eastern fringe which offers local riders and visitors a training venue closer to town, another race venue for the Dubbo club and a really great place to introduce people to the sport. The trails are 4.5 km long are very well signposted and offer an easy shorter option. The trails run straight past an existing pump track and the tight trails have been designed to deliver a range of challenges to most riders, and to make the trails unattractive to Moto riders.
These trails have been developed with help from Council, nearby residents and of course the local MTB community and are designed as a shared use trail with pedestrians using it in either direction and riders using it counter clockwise.
Furniture is coming shortly, to increase the Reserves amenity and attractiveness to all users.
Dubbo has all amenities and is right next door to the Reserve.
