Loads of fire trails, some challenging climbs, hidden motorbike single track, heaps to explore
RTA Twelve Mile Hill Rest Area on Pacific Highway, between Raymond Terrace and Karuah. Heading north-east on the Pacific Highway, this is approximately 17km from the big Masonite Rd/Pacific Highway roundabout in Heatherbrae
Most of the fun is in large section of forest surrounded by the Pacific Hwy, Italia Rd, East Seaham Rd, Limeburner's Creek Rd and the Buckett's Way. There is a nice climb close to the RTA rest stop called Tower Road (its the one with the towers on it, surprise surprise), and the rest of the big climbs are in the Northern part of the forest.
Some of the trails on the East (e.g. Callaghan's trail) seem to always have puddles.
