First entry... I'll be number 1 until someone else rides it :-)
Re did today as by popular vote the Hot Lap has been extended all the way down the VERY steep fire trail.... added about 1:30 to my time (I did spin out about 10 meters from the top of the pinch)

Currie Road to Bantry Bay return (all the way)
Quick blast from Currie Road, down the Cook street fire trail to Bantry bay then return.
There's a loop at the end of the trail keep going down the VERY steep section... then turn around, climb, climb, climb... and head for home
Garmin didn't pick up GPS so will post ride map next time... but the loop is not the lap... you have to take the fire trial as far down as it will go...

Training Plans/Coaching
After taking a year off with lots of travelling, not much training and only a small amount of riding, I'm back into training again this year. Since New Years I've dropped 6kg and fitness has picked up a great deal. On Saturday for my last training ride before the Rocky Trail 100 mile went and did an Oaks, Ingar, Andersons & Oaks ride, finished with a ride time of 05:54:34 (profile at the bottom of post).

Mt Annan - March Extended Riding Times

Clean up Australia Day - Single track on Mona Vale Rd
All,
Don't forget Clean up Australia day this Sunday. Do a little PR for the riders and stop and pick up some litter.
Two bike sites I know of are the Single Track on Mona Vale Rd meeting at the Kuringai Community Nursery at 8.30 or the Oxford Fall Downhill track, meeting at 9am.
See you there.
Gary

Golden Jubilee Oval
Apparently a misleading petition was signed by several hundred people to oppose Stage 1 and 2.
Stories of no XC, no jumps, just a pump track with some mounds of material.
Please thank Council for trying, as part of your submission to counter the petition.
