Rider for MTBO 6hr at Wingello wanted Sun 17 Oct
We have an odd number of crew for the MTBO 6hr event at Wingello and need a partner as its an event for two. Link is below if you are interested, they are a lot of fun, the orienteering aspect isn't hard, its mainly just map (not compass) if you haven't done one before.
In terms of matching rider ability, mid-level fast, somewhere in the 5.5-6.5hrs for the Dirtworks 100km ..... we're mid-30's, thinking we're still mid-20s.

Question about tyre
Hi guys I am after some advise.
Last night I tried to convert my non UST Nobby Nic to tubeless using Stans rim strips and sealant.
To cut a long story I got the tyre to bead up and inflate but when it hit about 20psi it spewed sealant from a hole in the tyre (not sidewall).
Eventually the hole sealed (it is about 5mm long) and so I started inflating again - once again at 20psi it spewed out sealant and eventually sealed.
This contuinued a couple of more times so I left it a couple of hours and tried again - no joy. Left it overnight and again no joy.
My question is -

Male team member available ready to race Scott 24 hour. Fully equiped with bike, tools, spare parts, tent, and experience from last year's Scott, plus lots of other races. 14 years old, very fit, does Manly Dam in 35 minutes, mechanically self sufficient and included in the deal is his personal support crew (his Mum).
