Predictably boggy in the usual shaded places but on the whole the track is ridable. There is notable damage by cars/trucks but no noticeable damage by mountain bikes.

Terrey Hills update for 19 Jul
Perimeter Track has lots of standing water and mud between the East end and Japanese School. This is not drive train friendly. There are a few similar sections on Long Track, but no where near as bad.

Looking nice and dry, with emerging wild flowers - first sign of spring! The sandy bits are actually easier now with the high moisture content. Both Centre and Duckholes are the most rideable in this
