going to sparrow hill on saturday leaving the city around 7.30/8.00 have room for one in the car+bike if lift is needed planning to do either 2 full laps of sparrow hill or 1 lap then hit out at stromlo before driving back to sydney the same day.nothing to fast or serious just riding some sweet single track.there is a race at majura that weekend so have to give that one a miss. anyone interested pm or sms through my profile cheers bri
I hate "the Four Gates"
I started at the T intersection at the top of heath Track, then up to the Quarry track gate then up to the Acron Oval gate then up to the Davidson gate ending back at the Heath Track T intersection! My short term memory problems prohibits me from posting split times.
1 Hour 9 mins 23 sec. I not only burst both my lungs I think I burst something else as well.
I don't think I could safely descend any quicker than I did so unfortunately the hill climbing is the only place I can improve. Next time

Lost my house keys at Ourimbah on 15/03/2008. I know its a slim hope but if anyone knows of anything about keys being found up that way (4 keys on one ring) please let me know.

anyone keen to have a big ride over the long weekend? perhaps sat? thinking of awaba, lisdale or somewhere new like that..
as for lisdale, flynny or anyone from the area, is it pretty easy to locate the DH tracks if you havent been there before?

Terrey Hills shops, where we met on Newbie day a couple of weeks ago
I fancy a ride during the week and want to dust off my lights. If anyone who has done the track at night wants to come, that would be convenient(this will be my 2nd time on the track & first time at night). Just a blast to the lookout and back again.
