That Bloody Hurt!
A few Mates have been talking about "Two in an hour" round the Dam, a few have tried and failed. I thought i'd have a blast tonight. It was Horrible!!!
I know Wazza's done a good time so my top spot won't be for long!
First lap : 28.33 ( only 5 seconds off my PB for one lap )
Second : 31.09
My advice is go hard on the first to give yourself a buffer for the second

Elvina Track update for 01 Nov
Elvina track is in good condition at the moment. The recent drizzle and cloudy weather mean it hasn't dried up too much and the sandy patches are reasonably firm if you stay to the side. The water bars are in good shape for some air time.

Chiltern Track update for 01 Nov
The grading on Chiltern seems to be have been stopped for a while, and just as well because they are doing a terrible job. With a little rain and some riding the graded section of the track has been packed down pretty nicely. It's still a bit sticky and the water bars are a bit muddy, but it's much much better than a week ago. I really hope they don't attack the lower half of the trail like they have done the top. The grader is still parked near the top of the hill.
