Fluid Trainer
I'm thinking about getting a Jet Black fluid trainer... found a website that has them for $250. Does anyone else have one of these? Are they quiet enough to use while watching TV?

Work to do
Did a lazy lap around Manly Dam very late this arvo.
The good news is the bike commuting to Sydney Olympic Park from the Northern Beaches is starting to pay off well with fitness gains.
The climb up Hart Break Hill, while still a test, didn't max out the ticker. Now I'm looking for speed and power gains.

Trails in great nick although a little eroded on some of the downhill sections. A little water in the usual places.

Quite a few puddles, and needing some work in places. Debatably ridable..

Wazza made me do it. I wasn't feeling very strong so I'm looking forward to doing this again and putting a better performance.
Busted Horse
Got back from a ride yesterday after hitting the Kiwarrak trail on my Ironhorse Bootleg 2.0, on cleaning the bike decided to have a little check over the bike for any cracks / damage as I normally don't ( I know my bad ) but in shock i discovered my back triangle near the pivot fully cracked on both sides of the bike.
