New bike 2
Picked up a Giant Reign 1 yesterday. My first duelly. was keen to ride this arvo. not too keen on the mud on the new bike though. I also wondered about the clear stickers that came with the bike.

Wheelset
I'm looking for some advice on Wheelsets. I have a Specialized Stump Jumper and have had the bike for around 2 years. I need new wheels and am looking for something that will light enough to do Dirtworks in around 5 hours (assuming I am fit enough) but also be robust enough to handle Red Hill. As the A$ is strong at the moment I thought it would be opportune to get a wheelset online. Any recommendations / advice would be appreciated.

NEW BIKE!!
Hey everyone to put all my questions to rest i bought myself a new bike. I ended up getting a Specialized Rockhopper Disc and i plan on sharing it with everyone riding tomorrow at terry hills. Thanks for all the help if received on the forum and it really came in handy. btw what does the 09 rockhopper disc retail for because i like to think i got a good deal.

Damn good ride
Fantastic way to spend a couple of hours early on a Saturday morning.
Thanks to Wayne, Chris and Andy for showing me around - I can definitely see why people rave about this as a playground. I learned some good stuff, had a great time and found a new area for me.
I'll definitely be back there again.

I hadn't been to the dam in almost a year so I thought I would check out the recent track changes, and go for a hot lap at the same time. In retrospect I guess I should have assessed the changes on the first lap and done the hot lap second because my navigation was all over the shop, managing to completely miss one turn off and having to go back. I also stopped to check my rear tyre, it was going down slowly and felt awful. Still getting used to the small block 8s.
