This is the 'dinner only' option! If you want to ride DH/Centre first (twice even) then see Bernd's ride here:

SO!! Both George (Gazza) and Damien are 40 within days of each other which means Nobmob gets to celebrate WITH them!!

The plan at the moment is for dinner/drinks at the Tavern on the Wednesday night after 8pm - the problem is, neither of them can decide whether there will be a ride before hand or not...

WANTED: cannondale frame or bike with Head shok

Looking for a cannondale USA frame with headshok for my wife after her bike got pinched from our backyard on xmas day (bastards)
Size SMALL or MEDIUM, either complete bike or just frame and fork as i have lots of spare parts. It doesnt have to be top of the line stuff, its just for general riding. She is after a light frame bike and the canno was the best I could think of.
Let me know if you have something that you are keen to sell.
Cheers.

Here is my newest concoction. A Surly Karate Monkey in Red. I've waited a long while for this frame to arrive.
It features;
1. A single speed drive with a 36 X 17 ratio. Lots of hills in The Hills District.
2. RaceFace Deus 175mm cranks, a Surly single ring; no ramps or pins and bigger teeth, and Crankbros Eggbeaters.
3. Surly spacer kit and sprocket, also with no ramps or pins and bigger teeth.
4. Sram 'cheap as chips' PG 830 8 speed chain.
5. The wheels are Mavic TN719 rims, Shimano XT M756 6-bolt hubs and Sapim nipples and DB spokes and Shwalbe Marathon tyres in a 32.

Dylan pretty much summed up our weekend with his spot on reporting but I just wanted to add that the Jetblack 24 hour was the best race meet I've been to.

Carlgroover was right about the vibe at these 24 hour races... it was like a mash-up between 'Man Vs Wild' and 'It's A Knockout'

Although the camping was wet, I'll be definitely camping again next year especially with our pole position on the first corner. It was a great learning experience as team Toasted we're sandwiched between Jason English (1st) Alex Malone (2nd) & John (1st 40's + 3rd overall)
