Team mate wanted for Chocfoot 7hr, Wingello 28th June
I'm looking for a third team member for Chocfoot race at Wingello in a couple of weeks in the male 3s 7 hour class.
My brother is over from NZ and will be the other team mate. He mainly does enduro racing but I think he goes alright in XC too.
Looking to do OK position wise but it's more a fun entry and doing a team of 3 so there's always someone to talk to and have a laugh with on the off laps.

Join the CareFlight Woodford to Glenbrook Classic 2015 and run or ride the Oaks Fire Trail through the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park from the town of Woodford down to the Euroka Clearing near Glenbrook.

Watagan Mtb ride .....I will be riding 1 of 2 loops in the Watagans tomorrow, I havnt made up my mind which one yet.....both around 100k...all fire trails...both have heaps of climbing between 1800 - 2200m....both have sections of tar ....I'm not racing but usually ride these in around 6 hrs, minimal stops ...This ride definately isnt suitable for beginners or occasional riders....If you havnt ridden 100k before on Mtb please dont come along as its along way, very remote and I dont want to be worried about you getting into trouble not being able to complete...
Manly Dam update for 13 Jun
The detour before the Hydro lab is still in play and it's quite wet at the creek crossing and after Manly Vale school. Good to ride - very similar to last weekend with a bit of dampness all round but nothing major.

Wylde MTB Trail update for 13 Jun
All good yesterday. they must have missed most of the recent rain as track is in very good condition. Some maintenance going on for the jump and pump tracks.

Kind Shock dropperpost service tops
A BIG thanks to Allan of Pushie Enterprises in Sydney for breathing new life into my battered old Kindshock Lev dropperpost.
At just 1 hours notice, the post was serviced and worn parts replaced on the spot for a very modest amount.
Hopefully it will quietly endure another 3 years of abuse!.
The best dropper post on the market and great backup service. Recommended.
2015 Tathra MTB Enduro
What an awesome place. A group of us went down for the long weekend. I got down there on Saturday so I had enough time to test some of the trails before the race on Sunday.
The trails in Tathra are magic. I wouldn't say they are technical but some of the dippers really test you. Especially towards the end of the race when you're totally shattered. They flow really well and there's rarely a section that is straight.
Ourimbah latest status?
Does anyone have an up to date status on Ourimbah XC tracks to share. Latest status report on this site is from the 8th of June and there has been some rain around since and just wanting to check if the tracks will be in good condition over the weekend.

Red Hill update for 11 Jun
Rode this on Monday 8th. The usual rutted sections are in poor condition due to the motos. Muddy and slippery. Still damage and debris across the trail from the recent storms. But....... Still rideable.
