Jubes Mountain Bike Park update for 26 Jul
Jubes is all clear, but looking a bit sad still, especially the mini-XC track. Thought it might have got a bit of use during the school hols, but looks like the skills and pump track areas are still getting the most action.

Old Man's Valley update for 26 Jul
Rode the new / modified section down from the swimming pool today for the first time. Could only access the green loop and the dark blue loop off the back of it. Green is fine, although quite a step up from the old green loop. The dark blue loop has a few tricky techy bits in it, which would be better suited to a younger bloke with a dropper post. Links across to the Quarry Rd section were marked no access (presumably because of the need to cross the road?) but the orange bunting was well flattened where the track crossed the road, meaning plenty of people are ignoring the signs.......

North Turramurra update for 24 Jul
Rode Lovers Jump Ck track (large tree down), North Turra sniggle, fire trail link through to Gwydir Ave, Murrua Track. All good.

Lane Cove National Park update for 24 Jul
Rode through from De Burgh's Bridge to top of Devlins and Terry's Creek tracks. Still a few wet bits on Devlins, but otherwise all fine.

Manly Dam update for 23 Jul
A heads up that there is an NSW orienteering event between 10.00 and 12.30 today based at Allambie Oval. There will be runners on trails from Heartbreak Hill onwards (including the link trail along the pylons into Allambie Oval). Runners are aware this is a popular mountain bike course and area.

Still a bit of water on the link trail across from Linigen Place. Nursery sniggle is fine, Horse Trail also. Muppets is a bit rutted, but no longer wet.
