A few puddles - but riding very good.
Great to see a bit of maintenance on the Allambie DH section. Watch out for the new doubles that have been put in to assist for erosion, if you haven't been there for a while.

Bright 6 hour mountain bike race
Not sure who has been up to Bright but this beautiful town probably has some of the best mountain and road biking in Australia. The Bright Brewery is sponsoring a charity event in September (www.alfred6hour.org.au) which will be hosted by the Alpine Cycling Club.

Bike freight to WA
Anybody shipped a bike to WA and can recommend a freight company / courier that might take a bit of care? Looking to send a bike over for the Cape to Cape while I drive lots of dirt on the way over.....

There has been alot of talk about events etc lately.
Well club racing is on again this Sunday at WSMTB Club - Yellowmundee
$20 for seniors is the best bang for buck you will get racing your MTB. Come out for a bit of fun and a great atmosphere.

The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
There's a car park (click for foggy picture) on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.
Registration: 8:00am to 8:50am
Under 10 Kids Racing: 8:30am
Under 13 Racing: 9.00am
Under 15 and Senior Racing: 9.30am
Race Day Entry fee:
U10's Free!
U13's $5
U15's $10
Senior Grades $20 with MTBA Membership
Senior Grades $25 + Day License
Sport $10
MTBA Race membership must be presented or a day licence must be purchased.
Day License:
18 and Under $18
18yo+ $30
Recreation member upgrade $15
