Old Man's Valley update for 25 Jun
All open trails were in great shape today - Jumps area is closed. A new trail head has opened up in Hornsby Park next to the kids playground giving access to a further 1.5km (ish) of green trails which also take in some of the old climb up from the firetrail. The new trails allow a view of the works going on next to the quarry - it looks a little different to what it used to

did the XC loop this morning. No major issues, a few small boggy points on the trail but it's all good.

Lane Cove National Park update for 23 Jun
Rode through from de Burgh's bridge to Day St exit off Devlins. Pretty wet in the usual places - Avondale Creek, up near the Koombalah Ave entrance, north of KP Rd. Some track work on the Koombalah Ave entrance means the sharp drop / pinch just after the entrance is now concrete. Nice little lip at the bottom for some air and plenty of traction coming back up. Didn't ride to top of Devlins as its usually the wettest part. Day St entrance is OK, but there has been some erosion at the bottom of the hill so be a bit careful if flying down from Day St. Penno Park trail is fine, with the sand being nice and firm.

It's never been used, it's had been removed from the box in the LBS and converted to 120mm (Still have the spacer if you want to convert back to 100mm) but never been installed in a bike. Comes with manual and the axle.
