Alright for a 14 year old?
Ridden the dam quite a few times 
Done about 17 laps in total and after my first lap 2 ladies who were timing themselves (I think) gave me the idea to see how fast I could do it! I tried to push it a little harder where I could I didn't push it as much as I could of, but I was pretty satisfied with my time! (first time timing) I ride a 2011 specialized hardrock 26er and failed to warm-down afterwards so I was cramping up all the way down to the ferry! Trail traffic was basically none, but my best hope is to get it under 30!

Manly Dam update for 20 Sep
Ok - track dry with basically no puddles even after the rain earlier this week and the shower this arvo.
But the tree on Cootamundra Dr just after the playground has now completely blocked the track.
Suggest it needs a chainsaw....

Superb customer care....for once
Hey guys, we;re always quick to knock poor service but for once I'd like to give a big shout out to someone doing it right.
I recently bought a T-shirt online from NZO which I'd wanted for some time.
Not a massive deal but still 40 bucks worth.
It turned up in good time and was exactly what I wanted except it was too small for me...I'd ordered a medium and probably should have gone large.

Terrey Hills update for 20 Sep
NPWS report:
Perimeter Trail maintenance works - Perimeter trail (Closure ends Friday 18 October)
Maintenance works will be undertaken to the concrete overflow and causeway. During works there will be no access to the perimeter trail and people should take care with trucks and machines accessing the site. Works are anticipated to take approximately six weeks pending fine weather.
