Bikes stolen... in Manly :-(
I signed up on here out of desperation to hopefully find our stolen bikes.

Shimano XT Brakes
I need some help/advice.
I plan on ditching my Avid Elixir 9 brakes (pain in the butt) for some Shimano XT's, which rotors do i need to buy & that will stop best, apparently there are 2 types, RT86 Ice Tech XT/Saint or RT76 XT. Your advice on both would be appreciated. Also, do i replace rotor sizes as per original sizes, and do i need new adapters front & rear? These are going onto an all mountain Trek Slash 8.

Anyone know where I can get one of these locally?

I know I could just order it online but then it's ridiculous postage.

3 Rings 2013 result
This was my best 3 Rings ever. The track and weather were sublime and I was feeling great on the day despite 3-4 hours sleep in the tent. Hit the creek crossing really hard and had a blow out on my rear tubeless tyre (IKON) which I was racing on for the first time. Had a relatively quick change to a tube but it cost me as these things do.
All a great day and was most enjoyable.
I was grateful to Rory who helped me fix my puncture - very good samaritanish.
Well done to Gazza on a top ride and to other members of the MOB.

Do you have a video of the Heath / Bare Creek Single Track?
Hi Guys
Does anyone have POV video of the Heath / Bare Creek Single Track?
How would you compare it to other single track descents in the area?
Cheers

Aussie made widget
I needed to upgrade my drive train and was pretty keen on the SRAM XX1 after riding a mates ellsworth, but didn't really want to fork out that much coin.I spent about $400 on a SRAM X9 rear derailluer and shifter, new 10 speed cassette ,chain and the 32 widget and it works brilliantly, great spread of gears and seamless shifting.Paul who i believe owns the company spent a good half an hour on the phone to me explaining and advising me as to how it works(im abit dimwhen it comes to bike mechanics) and what size would best suite me .Im pretty impressed with both the product and service, just thoug
