If the club is cancelling a race, please don't go out to ride the track anyway!

"Race Cancelled Sun 11th March
Sadly the rain has taken its toll.
The creek is now a river, and the depth of the mud is hard to judge.
So race day is OFF. Sorry everyone.
Don't forget presentation night is at Dekka's at 7pm.
It's fully catered - all food and soft drink for the night we need to know numbers of who is coming for the caterer.
Please email ( [email protected] ) if you can make it.
This is open to all riders and families who have ridden Appin, don’t be shy."

Terrey Hills update for 09 Mar
Hi,
I walked the first two kms of the perimeter from Nerang ave , there is a NPWS sign advising that the causeway is closed behind the golf course. The track is the worst I have seen it in 12 months, many deep bogs , areas where water is running down the track. I expect it will need at least 7 to 10 days together with some track work especially if it gets heavy use this coming weekend. I will be riding my DL650 this weekend or a road ride to west head. For Sale: Capital Punishment 100km entry
Unfortunately the rescheduled date for Capital Punishment, April 28, is the day before I leave for an overseas trip. In the interests of family harmony I won't be able to attend which kills me because CP is my favourite event of the year.
I'm letting my entry go for $110, bear in mind you will need to pay an extra $10 to have the entry transfered into your name

Hey guys - any1 riden on Bobbin Head Rd firetrail lately? Wondering if it dosent rain today - if the track will b ok to ride tomorrow morning?

For sale is a brand new Niner Carbon fork.
I bought it to build up a cyclocross bike with, but did not consider the term 'suspension corrected'.
I haven't even taken it out of the box
It is nude carbon in colour, straight 1 1/8 steerer, 470mm from fork to crown, 45mm offset and just 565 grams.
will take up to a 185mm rotor and has no rider weight limit.
also comes with expander plug, top cap and some carbon grip paste for installation.

Good Afternoon Mountain Bikers,
Don’t let today’s beautiful sunshine fool you. Due to yesterday’s deluge (90mm of rain in less than 24 hours) the bike track conditions are extremely wet, and as such the track will remain CLOSED for the weekend. We will provide another update early next week.

Jubilee Park Track Conditions
Hi Everyone,
I am planning a skills session with 30 scout boys tomorrow at the Golden Jubilee Park.
I do not know the current conditions of the park following the recent downpours and I am reluctant to let such numbers on the track if current conditions are close to subsidence!
I would appreciate it if anyone has been up there that can report on the track or can advise me on this subject.

The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Morriset Ride Registration Desk
Duh, this is getting really frustrating.
With the James Williams Endura cancelled. Glenbrook Causeway closed. Anybody has any good idea where to still get a ride in?
Post your thoughts and I will see if we can get a ride out of it.
I'll move this to Sunday and I will work out a long loop that either involves the cycle path along the M5 or the Lake Loop sounds quite appealing!
I am going with the Lape Loop starting from Morriset. Watch out for a Blue Stevens Hardtail, that'll be me. I'll be at the Registration desk at about 7.30.
