Withdrawn: Jenny Fays Giant XTC 29er - Small (Full XTR etc)
Note that this is "Withdrawn" so is here for archive purposes only.
Hi there.
Jenny is selling one of her race bikes from 2012 (from when she raced with Rockstar).
This is a Small Giant XTC hardtail. It has been completely upgraded, and also serviced and maintained without regard for cost.
The bike features a full XTR groupset (excluding pedals), which works flawlessly, and recently had brand new pads and rotors.
There bars and stem are 'Pro' - extralight component arm of Shimano. Saddle is a Fizik Tundra (barely ridden) and the seatpost is the very light Giant branded version.
The bike can supplied in various guises with regard to wheels.
For Sale: 2012 Specialized Carve Pro 29er hardtail mountain bike medium, tubeless ready
God damn I didn't think it would be this hard.
This… this beautiful thing, this work of art, is a 2012 Specialized Carve Pro. Specialized's first frame expressly designed for 29er wheels (apparently), and my god does it go like stink. It really does 'carve' up flowing single track like it's a bitumen road.
For Sale: New Sram xx bits
I have some Sram XX parts i need to move.
XX medium cage rear derailleur : $200
XX shifters (no clamps) : $250
XX front derailleur 34.9 high clamp top pull: $100
Shifters and FD are of a new bike and have never been ridden, RD is brand new in box.
Oaks Evening Ride
Woodford train station (south side carpark)
An evening/night ride down the Oaks and back up by train or whatever. The train up the mountain gets in about 7.16, I will be coming down from Hazo. Sunset is about 7.45 so bring your lights! Train at the other end back up the mountain from Glenbrook is at 9.13 which should give plenty of time.
Won't be race pace at my fitness level, just a social ride
If we don't get enough interest for tomorrow night I might shift this to Saturday if people like
Mudgee social ride
End of Common Road, Glen Ayre
I'm in Mudgee again this weekend and will be taking my bike.
Bit of a long shot but, if anyone on here is up that way this weekend, I'd be happy for some company.
Pete
Camden river run social ride.
End of Ulmarra ave, Camden South.
Steady ride of one Sydney's best flowing trails and a good chance to meet a few fellow NobMob ers. Newbies most definitely welcome, this is a great trail for those who like single track without the climbing.
Perimeter & Long Trails Terrey Hills
Park opposite/beside Terrey Hills shops, corner Booralie Rd/Yulong Ave. Or in the small carpark next to the RFS station & community centre.
I've been jilted! My newby mate has sprained his ankle and is off the bike, and Hans has spoiled a fine bromance by dumping me and heading off down the coast with his missus for the weekend ... Hmmmph!
On the upside is a chance to renew contact with you, the usual suspects
I'll be riding out from Frenchs Forest East and expect to be at the intersection of Rodborough Road and Warringah Road (where you turn from Allambie Road to head to Chatswood) at 7:20am to ride out to Terrey HIlls by 8am if anyone cares to join me.

With OMV still closed this weekend I'm riding ku ring gai national park instead. Happy to have company - social pace.
Actual route to be confirmed as we go along and will depend on the state of the duck hole, chiltern and centre trails.

Riding up and back on the Oaks. Pace will be social as we'll be on our old bikes.
