Bigger rubber combi question
Ok, being a self proclaimed rubber freak (After all, they're the interface between you, your bike & that nasty dirt stuff)I have a question.
What tyres do you aggressive riders use for Kalamunda?
I am especially interested in those who ride the black runs & ride UP the hills as well, rather than those who purely ride down them on heavy kit then get ferried back to the top.

Garmin Workouts
Does anyone know of any websites where people can post Garmin workouts for sharing?

Pads & full face helmet recommendations
I want to progress my jumps, drops, and ladders again, so I would like to finally get at least some knee and elbow pads and a full face helmet. What would you recommend? A reasonably priced and stocked Perth LBS would be great too.

new bike

Help with the right tyre choice
Hi Guys,
Havent posted for a while but have been doing heaps of riding.
Im doing the Anaconda again this year and just have a few questions with regard to tyres. Ive got a Trance X1 and am still running the Nobby Nics that it came with. I have found them to be a pretty good tyre and havent lost the front end yet.
The ride leg of the anaconda isnt very technical compared to other ride legs and has a lot of open trail and gravel roads so i probably dont need such an aggresive tyre.

What's a reasonable distance to get out of a XC fork?
What do you think is a reasonable to distance to get from a suspension fork? How many K's do you have to do before you think you've done enough to justify buying a new one? Only interested in XC forks, 100 to 120 mm. I'm not particularly interested in how long your forks lasted or how the ones you bought back in 1989 are still going strong. Down-hillers can skip this thread.
