Cyclocross forums?
I'm looking for Cyclocross forums based in Australia or NSW would be better. Can anyone point me in the direction?

Happy ANZAC Day
Happy ANZAC Day
Best wishes to all service personnel serving both in Australia and overseas.

Clipins: just do it!
Just finished 5 days at Kiwarrak - see Winco's status post. All i can say is it was paradise. But even paradise has downsides...Yes the mozzies are lethal and they bite right through Lycra so be warned. After the first day with no less than 40 bites from waist to knees (I had sprayed my legs but not my shorts!) I armoured up: tights under shorts then long shirt over my nether region then spray the lot liberally before setting off. I'm not kidding.

Ride Options for tomorrow morning - is anywhere dry enough?
Well Sydney's soaked, but are there any trails close to Sydney that are dry enough to ride tomorrow morning? Does anyone know if The Oaks is OK to ride? Might have to resort to a road ride, but I'm trying to avoid it...

Where to go for an all day ride within 3 hours drive of Sydney CBD
I have no plans for Anzac day so was going to go for a decent ride.
My criteria are, around 3 hours drive max from CBD, a decent loop (50km +) available without repeating lots of sections and preferably somewhere I've not been before.
Current thoughts are Kowan Forest, Great north road or Nowra.
Any suggestions/opinions would be appreciated and if anyone wants to join me I'd be happy for the company.

MTB Lessons
Hi all, a group of us (4-8) are looking to improve our riding skills, not looking to break any records, just to iron out the bumps so to speak. We have all been riding for 5 odd years, completed the Convict, Kanangra, Mont 24 etc. If anyone could suggest a school/instructor of such lessons, that would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Awaba track Condition ?
Hi all,
just wondering if anyone knows what the awaba track condition might be. not sure how much rain they got up there. Based on the amount we got on the Central Coast you would have to imagine Ourimbah would be a quagmire !
