Mont Bee?
Don't know how this slipped past MTB-OZ without reply, but I'm posting here 'cos I found it amusing.
Someone originally asked:
What's this???

And how did it get past scrutineering with those finger chopping wheels?
To which I replied:
A bumble bee?

Does no-one else see it?

Silly Competitions
... once a year around 90 mentalists gather at the base of fargo street in los angeles for the fargo street hill climb. They then attempt to scale the hill on a bicycle as many times as humanly possible in a day.... this year the winner was a guy called Steve Gilmore and he managed it 92 times, in the process climbing around 14′000ft in only 15 miles.
And you thought this year's Coffs was bad?

Dirty Double 'Cross Part II
Arcadia
I don't normally spam my club events but since Rob has a new bike (http://nobmob.com/node/2901) I thought it appropriate that we all encourage him to get out and use it as was designed (a short race with some obstacles and beer consumption with 'Cross dressing encouraged). The CX race will start at 2:30 and will go for 40 minutes + lap. Of course in the morning there are more tradional XC races.
For those of you not familiar with CX have a look at these links
