Angry Doctor & Irate Intern 2010
Mogo village would be as good as any.
Friday morning @ ''Cascades''
End of Wyatt Ave, Belrose - this is on the East side of Garigal National Park.
Would like to ride the 4 gates or something similiar. Flexible on the route. About 2 hrs riding.
Newington Indoor Spin Session
Newington Community Centre
If I worked this hard on a bike I would fall off...indoor training has the advantage that you can push harder and concentrate on pedalling technique and spend killer time out of the saddle. Learn how to place your but on the saddle to activate your hamstrings for those times the quads have just given up.
Pleasure & Pain MTB Enduro 2010
From the Pacific Highway at Bonville, head West down Gleniffer Road for about 3Km.
25/50/100km enduro up in Pine Creek. Awesome trails from what I remember, it's been too long.
Perfect for a mid-winter getaway
Details here...

... even though this is run by CHMBC, not CHCC
Had this update from recently:
We... have built and added to our existing single track.
One lap is 25km and is now 90 % single track and Jason English said it was in the top 5 tracks he had ridden.
Glenrock Explore
Corner of Pacific Highway and Fernleigh Loop, Adamstown Heights
As discussed, I'll be in the area on the long weekend and keen to ride here as I haven't ridden here before. Hopefully this rain eases off and gives some time for the track to dry enough. I'll have to take the advise of the locals closer to the date regarding track condition.

GTA Volunteer Maintenance Day - 19 June, 2010
Top of Baileys Paddock.
We have spoken to the NPWS and they are OK with us doing a bit more substantial work on 'the trail formerly known as BJ's'.
I'd like to think we can get as much interest as we did with ' the trail forerly known as SH's'.
We will meet at the top of Bailey's Paddock around 9.30 for a 10am start down at the trail.
NPWS ranger Tiffany will be attending and NPWS will supply snacks and drinks, you will have to bring your own lunch if you want it.
Everyone is welcome, new starters or old hands and bring your friends, there will be a lot of work to do.
CTMBC tuesday night social 1-6-10
From Lithgow head on the Western Highway toward Bathurst. After 10-11Km you will head uphill and see thick pine forest to the right. It's dual carriageway here, and there's a right turn across the other lane into Forest Ridge Drive (signposted and a sealed road). About 50m on the left there's a turning where you can park in the shade. There's also an old concrete section of the highway just past there with masses of parking.
Usual Tuesday night social ride.
Lidsdale State Forest
Come play in the mud, it's good for your complexion. or something..
