Lost
Hi all, one of my riding buddies lost his Cateye cycle computer yesterday at the Dam. It may have come off at the fast rocky decent behind Allambie. It is quite small, but if someone does happen to find it along their travels im sure he would be eternally grateful. Let me know if you have found it and want to swap it for a beer....

Seized on RP23 Valve Cap
Anyone got any recommendation of how to remove the cap, mine seems to be seized on, which is a tad annoying.
I have tried a pair of plyers to remove it as well.
Only 4 seconds in it
Only 4 seconds slower then my fastest so considering I had 60+km in my legs I was pretty happy with this.

Took 7 minutes off
2 weeks ago I finally had success at this climb. Today I took 7 minutes off so I was pretty happy with that

Yellomundee Regional Park update for 03 Sep
Sat 3 Sept - Perfect conditions. Dry. Maintenance team were rebuilding a creek bridge while I was there. Good on them. Great trail.
Warning* If coming via Lane Cove Tunnel/M2/M7 route, allow additional 10-15 minutes due to the M2 road works.

Manly Dam update for 03 Sep
Track is pretty much dry.
BUT
There has been a lot of erosion from recent rains making for a pretty bumpy ride. Sunken rocks have now become visible and the pine logs have become quite pronounced. Some of the single track parts have scalloped down quite deep - such as after the 19th hole near the swings and parts of the top single track.
Go and enjoy while its dry.

Help: Replace Giant X2 Front Derailleur
Looking to do my first bit of bike part replacement after breaking the front derailleur on my 2010 Giant Trance X2. The bike is all original parts.
I've checked the bike and Giant website and think that I need the item below (on wiggle).

Waratah Track update for 02 Sep
perfect.....although the trail towards the end is heavily eroded and large puddles are starting to appear. Probably avoid the end section.....otherwise great.
