Howdy,
Tour de france is over and packing away the lycra, heading out to kangaroo valley but hoping someone could share their garmin tracks of wingello or any other trails near kangaroo valley?

Submissions close Friday September 16 at 6pm
As part of Council's Strategic Community Plan 2011 and Bike Plan 2010-2015 it is proposed to construct the following bicycle facilities:
A 2.5m wide bicycle/pedestrian shared path on the western side of South Creek Road, Cromer from Grover Avenue to James Wheeler Parade.
Manly Dam update for 26 Aug
Rode it today. Amber bordering on Green. There's some standing water around but it's not hard to avoid the worst of it and easy to avoid the clay bogs. Enjoy.

Terrey Hill - Perimeter + Long condition?
Anyone ridden P+L lately? Keen to blow out some cobwebs tomorrow morning and hoping the track is ok.

The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Park opposite/beside Terrey Hills shops, corner Booralie Rd/Yulong Ave. Or in the small carpark next to the RFS station & community centre.
Going for a relatively quick spin around Terry Hills - plan to do duckholes, centre, perimeter and long with maybe Cowan thrown in for good luck.
I want to keep stops to a minimum and keep a relativley quick(ish) pace.

today i picked up my new ride
2012 Giant Trance X1
I bought it through the team at inner city cycles. They really looked after me and did an amazing price compared to the other quotes i got.
Tomorrow I am putting on XT cleats and going to start riding clipped in
The bike was brand new and beautiful and i couldnt help myself so rode from Manly Beachfront to the top of the Dam and hit it hard. Got to the bottom covered in mud haha.

Cascades update for 25 Aug
Still lots of water on the trail... Actually for Cascades it's taking a very long time to dry.
Very rideable but bike will get wet and dirty

Hi all,
I am selling a set of awesome training/commuting wheels. They have just had the loving touch from TWE wheels and are straight and true!!!
The hubs are 7900 dura-ace hubs 32 hole built up into Mavic open pro rims with ceramic braking surfaces. I will include a new set of brake pads to go with these wheels. They they are all tied together with double butted Sapim spokes and red alloy nipples.
I will post photos tonight.

Hi all,
I'm riding Manly Dam for the first time this weekend - sat AM. I ride roads most days but haven't taken the hard tail out for a while. Cant wait to check out Manly Dam, ive been here nearly four years and still not got round to it!
Ill be there around 10.30 on a blueish purple hardtail with black marzocchi bombers - the more the merrier!
