So as promised..
a Night ride at Camden.. in place of the local carnage at Menai.. Yup a long way.. however its not a bad ride from all reports and even better for virgins under lights.. about 10k out and 10k back.. all single tk.. and flat so not a bad ride..
Hooked yet.. yeah I know its a bit far but hey.. not so sore afterwards..
Cancelled RIDE... weather.. so will repost soon..
Whisperer happy after the 50
After training for the 100 the 50 was actually enjoyable. It's my first 50 (after countless 100's) and I might even get to like them.

Martine had had time to clean up before the 100 k riders came in. She got a well earned 4th place but was disappointed to have missed the podium.
