Royal National Park update for 09 Feb
road RNP yesterday afternoon. plenty of wet/muddy spots. The fire trail running along the highway has a few trees down covering the track and there was too much mass to move it, will let rangers know about it. single track leading from cross roads to houses was pretty much under water, so to the single track back down to the train lines, so we turned back. Hopefully if the sun stays out today some of the major wet areas will clear up a bit but would leave it a day or so for the track to dry up otherwise you will find it a very stop start affair or just plan dirty.

Track Condition Husky 100 South Coast
Has anybody got an update on the track conditions for the tracks / trails to be used for the husky 100 this weekend ?
I have no idea how the course down there hAndles the amont of rain we have had in the last week.
Bobbin Head update for 08 Feb
Bobbin Head track, Jacob Track (apart from the usual big puddle) and Murrua Track (up to the "no tankers past here sign) were all pretty ridable this arvo after a few hours of sunshine. Some casual water, but generally drained well.

Terrey Hills update for 08 Feb
Rode Perimeter/ Long tracks this arvo from euchinga rd, very wet in places, dry sand in others.

This was always going to be a competitive team, just look who is in it. From the start I thought we had a good chance at a podium finish, and finding out on Friday that I wasn't able to compete in the Mont 24 due to work commitments I was ready to give this race everything I had.
Ourimbah State Forest update for 08 Feb
rode here this morning, very wet in the lower areas, ewoks forest, graveyard, missing link and meadows. The upper areas like five ways, roller coaster, burnt forest are ok but every now and then little water puddles. all up a great muddy ride

What a race. Everything was running so smoothly until the GP finished. When planning the event we thought that it would be smooth sailing after that... oh how wrong we were

... you'll see that 12.2 is a motion to 'Reinstatement of Manly Dam Mountain Bike Track Volunteer Days'.
This is a great move, but... there are rumours circulating that something bad regarding the dam is going to be discussed.
I know this will be boring as watching paint dry, but if anyone local is able to attend this meeting and report back it would be much appreciated.
