Highland Fling Full Fling Ticket Up For Sale
I have 1 full fling ticket up for sale.
Two weekends ago I ran 150k over 4 days to raise funds for a school for Autism in Gladesville NSW and during this I aggravated an already exsisting injury which will now take me out of the fling this year. I know I shouldn't have run but that event is very important to me as I have completed it for the last 4 years and i would have to have a leg fall off for me not to do it. I had hoped for this injury to come good but it's a bit more than what I thought and I'll be out for a couple of months now.

Berowra Valley - Quarry road firetrail update for 29 Oct
Rode this track on 29/10. All quite good after recent rain - does drain well. Plenty of water bars and climbing if you like that sort of thing. Its a pretty tough ride for an out-and-back trip, especially if you go there via Bobbin Head!!
Needs a link from the side track near the Quarry Rd end back across to Bluegum walk to make a round trip of it.

Full face helmets
The young bloke (16 yr old) wants to get a full face helmet and start riding Oxford Falls, Red Hill etc. As I will not become his full time shuttle he's going to need something with some ventilation so he can ride to and from, up and down. Chain reaction and others seem to be doing deals at the moment. Can anyone suggest which helmets would be suitable for him to try. Your input will be appreciated.

After a rather nasty OTB "incedent" I'm in need of a new helmet. Is it a case of best fit and light weight, or is there more i should look for?
