Finches Junction
Junction with Finches Line, which is signposted as a management trail only - so don't bother going down there.
Top of Shepherd's Gully Road
Stephe tops Shepherd's Gully after a 25 minute climb (well almost - there's a slight bit more climbing off to the right).
This point is also the junction with Devines Hill, but bikes are not allowed to be ridden there.
Bottom of Shepherd's Gully Road
The other sign just hidden behind that tree to the right reminds us this is part of Yengo National Park. It's a long slow grind with a few tricky loose sections, so get going.
GNR Switchback Drop
Whisperer drops down a 'short cut' on the Great Northern Road. There's a switchback on this section out of shot (right) but why take that when you can drop down here?
