Wanted to borrow: Bike bag for over the ditch trip
Hi folks,
Have a trip to Wanaka booked for Christmas and want to take my bike.
Just wondered if anyone out there wants to lend me their bike bag to fit a Stumpy Evo 29er from around 20th Dec to 11th Jan?
Happy to donate a box of favourite brown ale or similar.
Otherwise I will just do the box thing from the LBS.

No dramas at all. Couple of puddles here and there, but only at the usual damp bits and all avoidable if careful. My bike is probably a little dirtier than I would have liked it to be maybe?

Seasucker racks
Does anybody use Seasucker racks to transport their bikes? Looking at getting the mini bomber, gives you the ability to move rack between cars without having to have roof racks etc. I'm looking at using it on the hard lid of my Amarok.

The most disappointing thing about Jason English's win...
The most disappointing thing about Jason English's 5th 24 hour world champs win was reading his post-race writeup. In it he writes that he finished work on the Thursday before the race and arrived at the race site on the Friday at 5pm, without having time to even do a lap of the course. Afterwards, following his win, he could hardly get through the presentation without having to dash to the airport to fly home so that he could get back to work on the following Tuesday.

Withdrawn: Ay up v4 kit
Hi people, I have a set of ay up v4 lights, full kit plus the extra 3 hr battery, bar light is gold, helmet light is black, pm me offers, will throw in express post for free. Nothing wrong with them just can't justify having them and I've mounted them but never used them, 1@ 6 hour battery 2 @ 3 hour batteries, all mount included, latest lights, as in the 30% brighter models purchased in March this year
