Was out riding with Minter and Oliver for a leisurely Saturday morning ride...did one lap at a medium-fast pace (around 33 minutes) and then decided to go for a sub-30 but not a hotlap as Oliver was on his new Rocky Mountain Element 970 and had never broken 30 minutes. Now he has.

Royal National Park update for 19 Aug
1st ride in the RNP since March.
Plenty of riders out enjoying the spring like conditions over the weekend.
All trails riding well, still some standing water at the bottom of the Loftus descent as it passes the creek.
creektrack is now officially closed by RNP for regeneration, so please don't ride this section.
some more standing water on the other side of farnell ave just before the fiveways junction.
