Early loop at a reasonable pace. Getting back into it but looking at something closer to 2 hours than 3
Recommend good semi slick tyres
Hi there,
Haven't used my MTB for a while now. I am looking to put some new tyres on it just to ride around bike paths, parks, on grass maybe. Anyone recommend some good semi slick or slick tyres that would be suitable. Tyre size 26". Did see these.

Lane Cove National Park update for 25 Jan
Rode the main trail from De Burgh's Bridge right up to Conscript Pass. All good, with the usual rocky bits just past Devlins turnoff. Trail up into Penno Park is also fine.

Drive in from Wingello Station and follow the direction signs to the Event Centre
The Willo Enduro is a race unlike any other. Riders come to this event, not so much for personal gain, but for the memory of James. The race is an annual reminder to all riders of the joys of mountain biking and the impact James had on the sport. It is an emotional race for some, from the organisers who knew James closely and to some of his closest friends riding in the Elite category. But for everyone else, the relaxed and friendly nature of the race, does in fact reflect on James and the camaraderie that mountain biking brings for all.

Linigen Pl trail is fine. Nursery sniggle is good. Horse trail is fine. Still a tree across Muppets on the clockwise down slope, otherwise all good.

Hi All, a heads-up from Hornsby Council I received today:
"Hornsby Shire Council are getting closer to what will be a first phase of public consultation for developments that will restore the former quarry site and the adjoining Old Mans Valley site (containing existing MTB trails) in Hornsby for varied recreation pursuits and am developing a contact list of stakeholders and mailout lists to advise of the upcoming initial consultation phase.

2016 Specialized Fuse Expert 27.5 plus, medium size (17.5") purchased April 2016 still under original 12 month warranty. Hardly used. 3" Ground Control tyres, Manitou Magnum Comp 120mm fork, Specialized Dropper Post internally routed, upgraded to XT with shadow+ derailleur and XT 1x11(30 x 11-46 cassette). Upgraded to SLX brakes. Price includes the original SRAM GX derailleur, cassette and SRAM brakes. All in as new condition. New cost with upgrades was $2,500 asking $1,450. Greg 0404499884.
