Garmin Edge 500 Question

Hi All,

I'm thinking of getting the Garmin Edge 500, after doing some reading online I have a question on the course function, can you load up a GPX file to the device and then follow the course ? The manual says you have to set it up using the garmin training tool.

I know that it's mapping capabilities are quite limited but if I can do the above, I can research the area first load up some points/tracks on the computer and then load it into the GPS and go for a ride. In case I get lost I can always follow the course back to my starting point.

thanks in advance.

I did Perimeter & Long from the school. That big puddle on long is now full again and apparently perimeter from Nerang has a lot of standing water.

SR Suntour forks go leading edge

... or is that bleeding edge Eye-wink ... carbon crowns and lowers with bonded magnesium droputs. Some beefy looking DH forks too, with adjustable high and low-speed compression, and rebound.

Looks like there's a bit more to their arsenal than heavy coil sprung entry level, apparently Women's XCO gold medalist Julie Bresset won on one of their forks. Shocked

Trail vandalism at parramatta reserve..

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

Hi guys, Ive been around for a bit but this is my first post here. (awesome site, your effort is greatly appreciated)
Living reasonably close to Parramatta the reserve at the lake is my local after or before work track.
Personally it sickens me that Parramatta council aren't willing to open up more of the reserve to cyclists
(yet they seem to turn a blind eye to the idiots that take motor cross bikes and 4x4's in there from the north rocks (seville reserve) side)(or the dog walkers that seem to think there's an exception to their dog being on a lead and cleaning up its sh*t)
