NSW All Schools XC Championships

Lane Cove National Park update for 15 Sep
Rode through from De Burgh's bridge, via Yanco Rd fire trail and back in at Gloucester Ave on Wednesday. Out via Penno Park. Main trail was pretty damp with bog holes and running water in the usual places. Looks like the pipe repair work is moving down the main valley and trucks etc were at Brown's Waterhole. The track up into Penno Park has had the giant slasher through, creating a 15m wide wasteland. Honestly, I wonder why they get so excited about a few illegal mtb tracks when they let big government / big business do this sort of work with no reference to endangered species, drainage etc etc.

Rode the end from the golf course down to Lady Game yesterday. A bit wet after the light rain Tuesday night, but not too bad.

Help on Crank Bro's Egg Beater Pedals
Hi Folks,
I have some egg beaters that are coming loose between the black axle and the silver bit (see where the white is sticking out).
Why does this happen and what do I need to do to fix them?
Any advice appreciated.

Terrey Hills update for 13 Sep
Terrey Hills trails (Larool, Sandy, Perimeter and Long Trails) are 95% bone dry /sandy but with some sections of complete mud bog and deep puddles.

Thredbo All Mountain Temporary Access
Hi,
Does anyone know when the Thredbo all mountain trail, in full form will be open? The current map still has the temporary fire trail on it saying the full thing opens in 2016.
We're planning a trip for November an hoping the full all mountain trail will be open.
