Manly Dam update for 09 Aug
Rode from top to bottom today (avoided the wet golf course side) and was surprised that it is still very wet. Lots of puddles and some big mud patches in areas that normally seem to drain well.
If desperate I'd ride it but surely there are other places that will be less sandy and drier.

Bike hooks for corporate bike storage
Hey,
As some of the guys on the forum know we're looking to put in some bike hooks at our office to create a secure location for bike storage.
Being in Belrose we're fortunate enough to have direct access to all of the St Ives / Terry Hills MTB trails and to the Akuna Bay road rides.... and with a number of cyclists in the team we need somewhere to store all our bikes. Nice problem to have hey!
Canberra with kids
Any recommendations of a place to ride in Canberra with young kids (4 yrs old)? Will obviously need to be quite flat and smooth but he can ride as far as 10km.
apparently there is a beginner loop at Majura - any other spots?

PBM Hardrock 6hr MTB Race | 21/08/2016
Manning Great Lakes Tip riders are proud to announce we will be hosting the PBM HARDROCK 6HR MTB race on the 21st of August 2016.
When: August 21st, 2016.
Where: Event Centre - Lantana Crossing Rd (Enter at the new carpark entrance off the Bucketts Way) Kiwarrak Forest.
New car park area (as of 2014) at trailhead opposite the Tip entrance, on The Bucketts Way (between Tinonee and Purfleet) 10 minutes out of Taree.

Ideas for overnighter please
Looking for any tips for overnight ride with pub stay, ideally long loop to get away from it all, but not too far outta Sydney - eg blue mts, central coast, sth highlands.
iPhone explosion at Manly Dam
I'm really not sure what to say about this. 
Apparently this guy fell off his bike at Manly Dam and suffered third degree burns when his iPhone exploded. Currently awaiting skin grafts at RNSH.

Derby Tasmania
Anyone ridden Derby Tas? I'm heading there in Oct and was wondering what it's like? From what I've seen on line it looks pretty good.
