Nite rider batteries

I am on the hunt for some niterider PRO series batteries, does anyone have any laying around that they are not using, or will not use?

[Mod. moved to chat. This should really be a 'wanted' classified though]

Mowbray Park 12HR

Anyone got any experience of this track? Big climbs, horrible slog through grass or as fun as it looks? Assuming it's a bog if it rains.
Cheers people.

Wisemans Old northern road condition

Greetings all

It's been some years since I've ridden up at Wisemans Ferry on the old northern road track and remember it being quite rocky and technical in parts.

With all the other trails such as The Oaks being graded and smoothed out. Has the same been done with Wisemans ? Or is it still quite rough in places?

Wanting to ride there again soon!
Thanks
Tom

Withdrawn: Small to Medium MTB Hard tail frame for 26'' wheels

Note that this is "Withdrawn" so is here for archive purposes only.
Below is a preview, click to read the full post
Price:
500.00

My old 26er; Scott Genius 10; 2008 model that's been converted to a commuter finally gave in.

I'm looking for a hard tail fram to transfer the components to and keep commuting on it but also use it as a MTB when riding with family.

The requirements are:
* Small to medium frame, large will not work for me
* Steerer tube must NOT be tapered, the old straight one so my fork will fit
* Disk brake mounts

If you have a frame or old bike taking up space and you want to convert it in to free space and some money in the wallet, I'm interested in taking it off you.

Another rocky tale...

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

After the late transfer from a wet Mt Annan to Awaba, a wild, wet and windy Friday night in Sydney had me thinking it would be a rough day. Obviously many others did as well, as the field was pretty thin. Hadn't been to Awaba for a few years, so rode the first lap blind. At my pace that's not too much of a drama. Decided to save the knees a bit by taking what I now know to be the much longer B line up Camelback the first time, but lost a lot of time and spent most of the rest of the first lap catching up to those that I had been riding near.

Rode some of the track yesterday, pulled the pin. Heaps of large muddy puddles. Surprised it was open.
