Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 18 Aug
Popped in today just before the rain came down. Rode the fire trails straight to Baileys for a look, and it's not too bad. Saw one other bloke in there and I presume he was doing the same reccy as me...?
Kept off the singletrack (apart from S&L - 2 small puddles) as I reckon that would just be mush.
Fire trails are all fine.
Weather and family permitting will pop in when I can during the week to see how things are going.

The usual mud spots and wet areas, but generally HERO DIRT!
Even Kenny's isn't that muddy. Get out before the rain hits....it'll only be amber for another couple of hours.

While nobby a didn't get much rain last night , clearly glenrock did - fair bit of standing water in places and you can tell exactly how many bikes have been out this morning.
The lagoon has broken through to the ocean as well

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 28 Jul
Green with some small puddles. The rain we had the other day has done a great job of making the trails nice and sticky, and it's really riding well. Sure, there are a few small puddles here and there but they are mostly easy to ride around.
In yesterday's report I erroneously mentioned Kennys as being almost dry. I actually meant Baileys, which is quite a surprise as that usually holds the water as we know.

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 27 Jul
Hit the fire trails for a look today and it was much better than I expected. I tentatively rode through Kennys but it was almost completely dry. The usual puddle on S&L, and a touch greasy on some of the fire trails but otherwise I would almost classify it as Green.

Green as green can be - rolling well, get on it before it pisses down tomorrow night ! I reckon it ll cope with a couple of mm of rain, but if we get 10mm I'd be looking elsewhere. Did pretty much all tracks yesterday
