Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 14 Jul
Rode toady after the 10mls of rain yesterday. Not too bad. - quite a few puddles so I would avoid Kenny's - avoided shaft, but the rest was pretty ok - 95% of trail only leaving the faintest of tyre marks. Bike had muddy water on it but no mud.
Won't cope with much more rain well though

Warners Bay update for 13 Jul
Mostly dry but not as loose and dusty as summer riding.Even some of the larger bog holes are drying out. Such perfect weather for traversing this untamed area.

Hey guys, two of us (myself and MELONHEAD) are heading to Ourimbah DH tomorrow, anyone else keen on joining us? We'll be shuttling

'08 Rockshox Totem 'topping out' and home servicing
Hi guys, I bought an 08 Reign recently which came with Totems, when I pull up on the bars they go CRACK when they hit the top of their stroke and send a significant jarring through the bars. I've done a bit of googling and it appears they are not supposed to do this. SRAM do rebuild videos and they talk about top out springs and stuff so it appears there is a mechanism to counteract this, I guess mine isn't working properly.
DH around newie this week? (guide)
Anyone fancy taking a newbie out for some DH sometime in the next week or so? I will probably have an early finish at work tomorrow (lunchtime-mid arvo) and it looks like I should have time free on Saturday and Sunday.
I've just bought a Reign and it's only seen a couple of rides in Lismore, keen to get it into Glenrock or any other downhill spots in the area.

Essentially the network is all good.
A few damp patches here and there, just need a bit of TLC when it dries out so it drains better next time it rains.
Only real issue is Bailey's, but everyone has come to expect that now.
