Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 16 May
Rode through this morning and this evening, commuting. Mostly pretty good, but very muddy on that paddock section before High Roller.
The lower fire trails still holding some water and NPWS have been through there of course so some loose soil from bottom of Baileys to base of S&L. Care needed.
Most of what I saw is Green.
But still quite a few isolated puddles.
Amber overall.

Stripped thread on Fox forks
Hi all, ive stripped one of the threads on the brake post mount on my fox forks im just wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with helicoils to fix a stripped thread on forks & how hard it is to do.

Pretty wet though Kenny's this afternoon still, otherwise it was a good run with only a couple of puddles but I am guessing that will change tonight/tomorrow

Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 08 May
As can be expected GR is pretty bad at the moment. I popped in this arvo and stuck mainly to the fire trails and they were bad enough. It seems any part of the track that was sheltered from the dry NWly winds hasn't dried out much at all. And it's raining again...
I kept completely off Kenny's etc as that would be pointless at the moment.
Snakes and Ladders is actually not too bad due to the leaf litter, with the two usual puddles up near the "lookout" section.
Let's hope it all dries out before P2P.

It might be red, but there's no way it's green - we got 28mm of rain on Tuesday night , and I would expect it to be red, but cannot be sure now that we've had a dry windy day - anyone who has gone out since therain on Tuesday night, Wednesday morning?
