Whos hurting?
I'm in a small world of pain i managed to ride for 10.5hrs non stop
Well i paused for 10min to eat a banana and put my lights on and oil my chain it was hard to jump back on the bike after that.
I managed to reel in 7th in solo men.
I didnt see any NobMob jerseys out there though.
I had a ball on everylap and and hoping to be fit for next years event.
GEORGE W BUSH Showground and Cascades
Well if you did not know already George went and dropped in at St Ives show ground for a quick ride of the local tracks. If you did not know GW is a very keen mtb rider and does plenty of it back in the US. As much as we hate him it was good to see him out trying some of our local stuff.
Hope all is well
Gavin
State DH pics from Awaba
Someone posted these on MTB-OZ, pictures from NSW State DH Round 4 - Awaba September 1 and 2, 2007.
Now all you DH types are salivating, read more about Awaba Mountainbike Park on the HMBA website.
OK, OK, and you'll want directions I suppose? It's about here:
Mountain Man Tri-Challenge
Probably too late for this year, but stumbled across this event just now:

Sounds great, and not that hardcore either. I'm not really meant to run, but 9Kms only might be an option.
Angry Doctor
Hi Guys,
excuse my ignorance, but a question for those of you doing the angry doctor this weekend. I was curious with regards to the water situation during the race. I understand everyone carries their own supplies (water , food etc) but is there a refill station anywhere along the way. I doubt 3 litres will get me 100kms.
Do we end up near the start after 50km, ie near our cars, so we can grab stuff before the next 50?
Thanks in advance.
otway
i want to do the otway atleast once to say i have done it, but its location seems difficult to get to.
Might give it a crack next yr though
