Nowra trails

Hey does anyone know the locations of the Nowra XC trails? The scum website doesn't have directions on it.
I know where the Coondoo track is, but does anyone know where the Butterfly, Super Bowl and Cabbage Tree trails are?

Cheers.

Ride Glenbrook

Rode Glenbrook this morning with a few guys was not a bad trail a lot of single started at Leonay golf club worked our way up to the RAAF base then road around the area , heaps of tracks up there even know we did some a few times & stopped at a lookout overlooking penrith & towards Sydney very easy to get lost up there I think . Anyway was out there for three hours & totally buggered & a few war scars too

CRAMPS !!!

After I finish my rides I usually stretch my legs then after I get home & relax I start cramping in the hamstring . Does anybody else experience this ? Is there something I should be taking its as simple as pushing the feet rest back in on my recliner or sitting down on the floor then getting up ??

Morals....

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

I just recently ordered a Scott Scale 20 from overseas, because I do not think I could afford a nice carbon full suspension for my 100km/24hour/enduro events... and I thought I would just have to live with a hardtail for those events.

Anyway, the package arrived from Canada (bought from an EBAY store), and I opened it up to find not a Scale 20, but a SPARK 20....... So now I have a full carbon race ready enduro xc machine sitting still in plastic on my floor at home.

What to do? Should I send it back to Canada and play the morally correct customer?

I see why cyclist get a bad name sometimes

It seems at the moment that the age old 'battle' between cyclists and other road users is getting more mainstream media attention, with the 7pm Project rant, the comments by Carl Scully and numerous other mainstream press articles recently. I think part of this is that the media loves a 'buzzword' and right now they see this as an issue that can be divisive (just check the responses to some of the mainstream online articles to see).

The War on Cyclists and Pedestrians is Getting Ugly

CB's Mixed Feelings sprang to mind when I saw this just now:

http://www.treehugger.com/files/2009/10/the-war-...

This article notes,

All over the world right now, there is a war on cyclists and pedestrians.

And if a Texan politician can even notice this...

"Right now, if the driver of a motor vehicle destroys private property, they have to make amends," said state Sen. Leticia Van de Putte, D-San Antonio. "If you destroy life, that is not the case. ... It's just called an accident."

Just read this articel on bikeradar

http://www.bikeradar.com/commuting/news/article/...

Interesting mixed feelings. When I first read the article I thought 'good, at least they jailed the moron'..... then reading the comments, I began thinking that they were absolutely right. Attempted premeditated murder and only 3 years in jail. Scandalous.

I think my initial thoughts were based on the subconcious kmowledge that if it happened in Sydney, the moron wouldn't have gone to jail at all.....
