Weather forecast for tomorrow afternoon's NY Day ride says:
"Thursday: Fine. Mostly sunny. Min: 18°C Max: 34°C Moderate to fresh northwest winds ahead of a late fresh to strong southerly change."
Could be a tad warm...if the southerly kicks in around 5 PM we should be OK, otherwise bring plenty of water, wear your lightest gear and dress accordingly:

Bastards stole my brand new bike!
Well I'm goddamn furious... just brought my new $650 bike last week for Xmas, and some pricks went and stole it out of my garage. And they also took my sons smaller 4 speed hybrid. I'm FURIOUS right now.... I want to KILL! I haven't even had it a WEEK, for christ sake.
So sorry, but any plans I have for starting mountain biking just went out the friggin window.

I'll will be in Sydney for 5 weeks over Christmas and January and I am in a mountain biking club called Epic in Ireland.I would really like to get out on the bike and on the trails in Sydney, I can offer a pint of Guinness to anyone who can help:)
Any suggestions? Particularly on where she can hire/beg/borrow a bike from. Come on now, don't be shy!

Help wanted on route Nth Sydney - North Rdye for scummer
Hey all, just moved to North Sdyney and workin gin North Ryde in the business park by Microsoft. Anybody recommned a route friendly to scummers? I need to crack a few miles for fitness. I checked the tracks on NSW site but seems to be some big gaps.
Also be keen on rides in LCNP at lunchtime if anybody can be my guide.

Bike insurance
Does anyone have their bikes insured against damage while out riding? I believe most contents and portable insurance wont cover you if you are actually on the bike.
