Battle Royale in the Red Centre
And three become two...or so it could transpire as Jason English fell away in today’s Stage Five 22km time trial, leaving yellow jersey rider Andy Blair, along with Aiden Lefmann, to put the pedal down for a face-off battle up front.

Full Moon Riders....@ Long Trail Lookout
Great turnout for tonight's Full Moon Nightride: 12 riders....and more ....amongst lots of other bike traffic @ the Terrey Hills trails....
We were riding at quite at cracking pace (for a social ride) at > 20 km/h average....and we made it back in time to the Tavern at 8:39 pm - you could almost think this was planned . Good food and ale and bike trash talk was enjoyed by all at the post ride dinner.
N.B. There were lots of requests to make this a regular event again, so I posted one for next week: http://nobmob.com/node/21555
Thanks to all for coming!

like a slip!!!
just changed cassette & chain today(both XT) but when on first ride it seemed like a slip of the chain when pedalling in middle ring(mainly the 2&3 gears) & from when pushing hard on left crank!!!-is the middle ring too worn?

Is 3 Ring Circus same course as middle of the Fling?
Is the Circus course essentially the same trails as the middle section of the Highland Fling?
Thanks
Ian
