Two members have just had to pull out due to starting new jobs. So TWO 35+ gents seek 2 more team mates for no pressure casual team with emphasis on fun rather than placing.

1x9/1x10 setup

Thinking of changing to a 1x9 or 10 setup as i spend most of my riding time in the middle ring (32) and would like to run a chain guide. Just would like some opinions on a good gear spread cassette and pricing for the chain guide, cassette and chain.

Cheers Will

Yellomundee Regional Park update for 14 May

Status:
Green/Open

Yellowmundee is in GREAT shape after work today (sat 14 May) by about a dozen of the WSMTB track wizards. The area north of Shaws Creek has been cleaned up, edges mowed, holes filled etc - and is ready for racing for the first time in over a year.

Come and try it out at the WSMTB Club Race on 22 May. See www.wsmtb.con for details. All welcome.

Manly Dam update for 14 May

Area:
Manly Dam
Status:
Green/Open

Did a couple of laps today. Still a lot of water out there, but ok and not going to do damage to the track.
Be careful coming down the 19th hole, the last roll-down has a front-wheel-swallowing-dip
(That is unless you're riding a 29er Eye-wink )
