Kincumber Reserve

Here is the promised ride at Kincumber - coming at you this Saturday!! - one of my favourites!! Smiling

Some big hills, both up and down. And the sniggle can be quite technical too. Plenty of rocks to play on, if that is your thing. Although more than half the time will be spent riding fast and flowy fire trails.

Bit of hill training after all these weeks of inactivity. It will be a relatively leisurely pace. I'm still all sore from all the stacks I had at Manly and then Menai on the weekend!

Note I'll be starting from the St Ives side.

MTB in Perth

Hi,

Anyone know anything about Mountain biking in or near to Perth?? I'm going over for work and will have a few days off so I'm wondering if its worth taking the MTB or the "other" bike.

00 - Gus's Mud Pit

Below is a preview, click to read the full post

'This mud pit be thy named "Gus Pit", for it swallow up-uth He & bike, whole.'

Gus, following Liam and second in line in the group, desided to take the middle line on this occassion - bad choice. He ended up stuck, knee-deep, in this 'puddle'... To say it was amusing would be an understatement. Luckily, both man and machine laughed it off and we continued on our merry way.
