Lake Woodford update for 22 Feb
Rode here on Saturday 20/2/10. Overall was a great ride! Loved the downhill run on Winbourne Road/Firetrail including all the speed humps/water bars making for some air. Some trails(partial) were very weathered and rocky, overgrown and covered in foilage (not necesarily a bad thing). There was also a large fallen tree on one part. But again was a great ride and would definetly be back again to try some alternate routes. Looking at the google maps sattelite image there may be some more trails then shown on the gate map.

Weekend away suggestion
I am looking for some suggestions about a good weeekend away for a couple of family groups with the emphasis (as far as the dads are concerned) with riding some good trails. We are thinking south from Sydney, around Jervis Bay or the Southern Highlands. Somewhere that has some good XC rides for us during the way and some nice accomodation for the ladies to amuse themselves with a glass of wine and perhaps a massage while the kids run riot. Retiring to the bar or in front of an open fire would top things off nicely.

Cycling Specific Physio?
Hi - I am looking to see a reputable physio (potentially a knee specialist) in Sydney. Ideally Eastern 'burbs, but happy to travel.
I DONT want someone who wants to see my bike, play with my cleats, shoes etc. I dont agree with this approach....
Anyone had any good experiences?

WSMTB 4Hr
Rode a 4Hr race at Yellowmundee on the weekend. I rode with my neice Fiona and nephew Aaron as a mixed threes team, 'the three stooges!'. It was an excellent day, perfect weather, well run event and great fun. Aaron was our first rider, but got caught in the traffic jam when it hit the single trail but put in a good lap time anway. I rode the next lap, just a short excursion over the handlebars on oneof the rocky downhills but no damage to me or the bike and still managed a good time. Fiona rode next, a little mechanical with her chain...amazingly she fixed it all by herself!
