A guilty yet happy Fling
Yes, that's right... almost six and half hours for the Half Fling!
You knew this was going to be a relaxing ride as I spun across the parking paddock from the car not long after Huw had counted down the start for Half Flingers and Elites and most of them were well on their way. There had been a slight delay as was helping the guy parked next to use out with his brakes but no damage done as I managed to find Pratiwi on the line and saunter over at the back of the grid. And that was pretty much where we'd stay for the rest of the 'race'.

Bravo Bundanoon
I love this event. I loved it last year and I loved it more this year. I love the children's paintings in the woods, I love the water bottle free thing, I love the way the village really get behind it, the organisation that's just first class, the volunteers that rock (along with their beards!), and of course the track. OK so it doesn't have heaps of single track or testing technical but it still has great sections and some good long fire trails to get some rhythm time. It's no walk in the park.

Terrey Hills update for 08 Nov
Just went for late arvo ride - pretty wet and boggy - real drive train killer.
Best to stay clear for a couple of days to let it dry out

Full fling entry available - going cheap (or free)
After getting all my gear ready, giving the bike a full strip down service, and keen to finish the year's events on a good note, I've come down with a sore throat last night and feeling like crap today.
If you want a full fling entry, (I'd hate it to go to waste), give me a call and make an offer. It would be nice to get 'something' for it, but if you're a student or someone who can get there but can't afford the entry fee, tell me your story and I might even let it go for free rather than waste it!
Give me a buzz if interested.

New Jockeys
Ah... the Rush is no longer a ninja! It's star jockey wheels have been replaced. Boooooo!
Interestingly the top one is far less worn than the bottom. Will keep that as a spare.
